Colin Moran Not In Tuesday's Lineup
3 years agoPittsburgh Pirates infielder Colin Moran (wrist) is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Colorado Rockies. Moran exited Monday's game in the first inning after being hit by a pitch on his left wrist. Pirates manager Derek Shelton told the media on Tuesday that Moran is receiving treatment and feeling better. The 28-year-old improved at the plate in June, hitting .270 with four home runs, 23 RBI and 11 runs scored, so fantasy managers should continue waiting for a more definitive update on his status. Phillip Evans will fill in at first base for a second straight game and bat sixth in the lineup against Rockies right-hander German Marquez. Evans is hitting .211/.296/.325 through 50 games this season but could have some deep DFS sleeper appeal at Coors Field.
