3 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Collin Johnson could have an expanded role in Sunday's matchup against the New Orleans Saints. Giants WRs Sterling Shepard (hamstring) and Darius Slayton (hamstring) have been unable to practice this week, putting their status in serious jeopardy for Week 4. Johnson caught 5-of-7 targets for 51 yards in Sunday's 17-14 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. The 24-year-old tied running back Saquon Barkley with seven targets for the team lead in Week 3. Rookie Kadarius Toney is expected to play the slot while Kenny Golladay will be shadowed by Saints star corner Marshon Lattimore. Johnson would be the team's No.3 option. The Saints have been burned by WR3s and are 30th in DVOA against them this season. Johnson will be a boom-or-bust flex in deep-league formats if both Shepard and Slayton cannot suit up.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
