7 years agoThe Indianapolis Colts re-signed offensive guard Jack Mewhort to a one-year, $3 million deal, including $1.5 million in incentives, on Wednesday, per Mike Garafolo of NFL Network. At age 26, Mewhort returns with an opportunity to prove that he can stay healthy for a full season, considering he has landed on Injured Reserve twice in his four-year career and only saw the field for five games in 2017. Still, the low-cost benefit of bringing back an experienced offensive lineman should not be underestimated for the Colts offense as a whole.--TMax-12
