6 years agoThe Indianapolis Colts have signed free agent running back Branden Oliver and wide receiver Matt Hazel. With the Los Angeles/San Diego Chargers, Oliver totaled 226 carries for 773 yards and three touchdowns, 55 receptions for 409 yards and one touchdown, and nine kickoff returns for 219 yards. The Colts are likely concerned about the durability of No. 1 running back Marlon Mack given his persistent hamstring issues. Hazel played in four games with Indianapolis last season, but his addition is simply a depth move to account for rookie wideout Deon Cain going to injured reserve.--TMax-12
