7 years agoThe Indianapolis Colts have waived running back Matt Jones, per Adam Schefter of ESPN. Jones managed to rack up 248 carries for 964 yards and six touchdowns in his time with the Colts and Washington Redskins. Unfortunately, he failed to climb the depth chart and become fantasy relevant in 2017, with Jones seeing action in only five games and compiling five carries for 14 yards. Although there are still plenty of questions about how Indianapolis will manage its backfield, one certainty is that Jones will not be a part of it.--TMax-12
