"I feel like we’re not handicapped in this offense, and I feel like it’s gonna bring the best out of all of us," Rogers said. The keys to any Colts wide receiver being fantasy relevant in 2018 are the return of quarterback Andrew Luck and the proper implementation of head coach Frank Reich and offensive coordinator Nick Sirianni's offense.
