3 years agoSan Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo is seeking a new team this offseason. One NFL executive mentioned that the Washington Commanders could possibly trade the 11th overall pick for Garoppolo. That same executive also mentioned that they don't believe Garoppolo is worth a first round selection. In theory, Washington could make a move for Garoppolo, assuming they don't like any of the quarterbacks in the draft. Garoppolo was efficient in the 49ers run-first offensive scheme. On paper, Garoppolo is a better option than Taylor Heinicke. However, it remains to be seen if the Commanders are willing to give up high draft capital for Garoppolo.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
