Connor Joe Doubles Wednesday Night
2 years agoColorado Rockies first baseman/outfielder Connor Joe went 1-for-4 with his 16th double of the season, an RBI, one run scored, a walk and two strikeouts in Wednesday's 10-6 victory over the San Diego Padres. Joe is hitting just .191 (8-for-42) in the last two weeks, but he does have six RBI in 12 games played. The 29-year-old has been the Rockies' primary leadoff man for most of the year and should continue in that role, so he's a good source of runs in fantasy. Overall, he's slashing .265/.368/.390 with five home runs, 22 RBI, 45 runs scored and five stolen bases in 364 plate appearances over 81 games played.
