3 years agoColorado Rockies infielder/outfielder Connor Joe went 2-for-4 with two home runs and three RBI in a 13-8 win over the Miami Marlins on Sunday. Joe replaced Raimel Tapia in the bottom of the second inning after the latter exited earlier with a toe issue. Joe immediately made his presence felt, swatting a two-run homer in his first at-bat. He jacked another homer, a solo shot, in the bottom of the eighth inning to tack on an insurance run for the Rockies. Joe has found his power stroke lately, swatting five home runs and picking up 16 RBI over the last 15 games. He's slashing .391/.408/.783 over that span as well. He has some fantasy value in NL-only leagues could also be added in deeper mixed leagues due to his OF eligibility.--Jon Mathisen - RotoBaller
