Connor Joe Picks Up A Pair Of Hits
3 years agoColorado Rockies first baseman/outfielder Connor Joe went 2-for-3 with a double, an RBI, a run scored, and a strikeout in a 6-4 loss to the Cubs on Monday. Joe secured another multi-hit performance, his seventh in the last 18 contests, out of the leadoff spot. He knocked his eighth double of the season and drove in a run with a sacrifice fly in the seventh inning to put the Rockies up 4-1. The 29-year-old continues to thrive while batting first for Colorado. He's got his season batting line up to .293/.373/.490 with seven home runs and 29 RBI over 147 at-bats. He should continue to be a useful fantasy asset in deeper mixed leagues until the end of the season.
