Connor McDavid Keeps Multi-Point Streak Alive
6 years agoEdmonton Oilers center Connor McDavid posted two assists in Sunday's 6-3 road loss against the Vegas Golden Knights for his eighth consecutive multi-point performance. McDavid is the first player to record multiple points in eight or more consecutive team games since Tampa Bay's Vincent Lecavalier did it from Nov. 3-19, 2007. He has three goals and 15 assists with a plus-10 rating in eight games in the month of March, and five goals with 18 assists during his current 12-game point streak since his last scoreless game Feb. 15 against the Carolina Hurricanes. He'll look to keep up the good work Tuesday in St. Louis as the Oilers kick off a three-game week.
