Conor Garland Delivers Game-Winning Goal For Vancouver
3 years agoVancouver Canucks right-winger Conor Garland scored a power-play goal during the second period on Friday night. Garland's tally proved to be the game-winning goal in the 3-2 Vancouver home win. The right-winger had four shots on goal, three scoring chances, and had one hit as well. The split looking power plays seemed to help for Vancouver along with Winnipeg's fatigue. Vancouver went 2 for 3 on the man advantage as several of Garland's chances and goal came from special teams play. The winger now has five goals and 14 points on the season.
