3 years agoLos Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp has been the most consistent player in fantasy football this season, and that will continue in Week 13 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Kupp has scored double-digit points in every game this season, and he's scored 15 or more in 10 of his 11 games this year. Against Jacksonville, he draws a defense that ranks 32nd in DVOA against the pass, and with the volume that Kupp sees on a weekly basis, there is just no way that he isn't locked into all fantasy lineups this week.--Gage Bridgford - RotoBaller
