3 years agoMilwaukee Brewers pitcher Corbin Burnes (undisclosed) exited Thursday's start against the Pirates early with an apparent injury. He appeared to be in discomfort before exiting with the trainer in the eighth inning. The 26-year-old allowed one run on four hits and one walk while striking five across seven 1/3 innings before exiting. It's unclear what is bothering Burnes and an update should be provided after the game. Burnes has been fantastic for the Brewers this season, owning a 2.41 ERA, 0.90 WHIP, and a 120:15 K: BB across 82 innings. Stay tuned.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
