6 years agoNew England Patriots wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson surprised with 10 carries for 38 rushing yards in the Patriots 25-6 win over the Bills. Patterson was not targeted in the game but instead was utilized out of the backfield on reverse sweeps and gadget run plays. The speedy veteran has been used in multiple different variations in the Patriots offense this season but has struggled with his route running on pass plays. Patterson has value returning kicks and is a threat when given the ball in space but his usage rate is completely unpredictable. Patterson could be worth a roster spot in deeper leagues but has little value in fantasy starting lineups moving forward.--Joey C - RotoBaller
