4 years agoChicago Bears running back/wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson racked up 49 all-purpose yards and returned a kick 104 yards for a touchdown in the Bears 19-13 loss to the Vikings. Patterson shined in this game amongst another dull offensive performance by the Bears, picking up hard yards between the tackles from the backfield, catching passes on third down and then returning a kick for a score to kick off the second half. The Bears played without starter David Montgomery and leaned on Patterson in many phases of the game. The Bears will head on bye and expect Montgomery to return, making Patterson no more than a gadget option in an anemic offense moving forward.--Joey C - RotoBaller
