3 years agoNew York Jets wide receiver Corey Davis shined in the Week 1 loss to the Carolina Panthers. He was asked to be the No. 1 receiver with Jamison Crowder (COVID) sidelined last week. Davis hauled in five of his seven targets for 97 yards and two touchdowns in the season opener. That is unlikely going to happen again with Crowder returning this week. Also, playing a New England Patriots secondary that was elite last season. The targets might be there, but it could be a two or three catch game for Davis.
