Corey Dickerson Homers Again Saturday
5 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Corey Dickerson went 1-for-4 with a solo home run at San Francisco on Saturday. The first-inning homer was the only scoring the Phillies could muster against Giants starter Jeff Samardzija. Dickerson seems comfortable with his new team as he's gotten at least one hit in all five games started with Philadelphia including three home runs. Health has been an issue at times for Dickerson, but he's healthy now and should be owned in more leagues than he is. He is batting .324 with a .581 slugging percentage with elite plate discipline metrics. He'll sit against the occasional lefty, but given how he's started his Phillies tenure he should force his way into their lineup, and those of fantasy owners.
