7 years agoPittsburgh Pirates outfielder Corey Dickerson provided his team's only run on Thursday, blasting a walk-off solo home run to secure a 1-0 win over the Detroit Tigers. The ball was seemingly hit a mile into the air and barely cleared the right field fence at PNC Park, with the play close enough that it warranted a review for fan interference. The call ultimately stood, giving Dickerson his only hit of the day and second homer of the year. He now holds an .848 OPS and has proven to be one of the better later-round value picks for fantasy owners in the first four weeks of the 2018 season.--Matt Wilkes
