3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers relief pitcher Corey Knebel (lat) could return to the team by the end of August, according to Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic. Knebel landed on the injured list with a right lat strain at the end of April, and it appears now this injury is going to cost him the majority of the season. Prior to the injury, Knebel was 1-0 with a 4.50 ERA, two saves, two holds and a 37.5 percent strikeout rate over eight appearances. While most managers can continue to ignore Knebel, those in SV/HLD formats may want to keep an eye on Knebel, as he could provide a late-season boost in time for the playoffs.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
