Corey Knebel Knocks Down First Save Of Season
7 years agoMilwaukee Brewers closing pitcher Corey Knebel struck out the side for his first save of the season in the 8-6 win over the San Diego Padres. Knebel on Thursday gave up one run and blew the save in his first appearance of the 2018 season, however, looked like the Knebel from last season and earned the save, without allowing anyone on base. He is now up to a 4.50 ERA in two innings pitched. Knebel remains a top-five closer in the MLB and should be owned in all formats.
