2 years agoTexas Rangers manager Chris Woodward updated shortstop Corey Seager's status prior to Saturday's game by stating that he "can't rule out" an IL stint. The All-Star suffered a contusion after he fouled a ball of his leg in Thursday's contest as Woodward went on to say his availability is "hour to hour," but that his injury hasn't gotten any worse. Hopefully we can get some more clarity on Seager's status prior to Sunday's finale versus the Angels, but managers may want to start thinking of contingency plans until he gets a vote of confidence from the team.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
