Corey Seager Picking Up The Power
3 years agoTexas Rangers shortstop Corey Seager has not performed as well as he might have hoped through his first 114 at-bats with his new team, slashing .237/.302/.430 with seven homers, 13 runs, and 15 RBI. He has homered three times in his last three matchups, but unfortunately those are the only three hits Seager has managed in 25 at-bats over his last seven games. With a .227 BABIP on the season, it's expected that some more hits will start to fall in, and Seager's overall numbers will rise. Sitting in the 93rd percentile of xSLG, a buy-low window may be starting to close.
