Corey Seager To Begin Rehab Assignment Next Week
4 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said on Friday that shortstop Corey Seager (hand) is expected to begin a rehab assignment next week. It's encouraging news for the talented hitter that has been sidelined since May 16 with a fractured right hand. The upcoming free agent is hitting .265 with four home runs and 22 RBI on the season. When Seager returns, infielder Gavin Lux will move back to second base, while infielder/outfielder Zach McKinstry stands to lose the most playing time. Seager should remain stashed in all fantasy formats while he recovers.
