6 years agoNew Jersey Devils goaltender Cory Schneider allowed three goals on 39 shots in Wednesday's 6-3 road win against the Edmonton Oilers. He snapped an 0-2-1 slide to start the month of March, although he has been pretty good over the past two outings. The Devils are back in action on Friday in Vancouver looking to sweep the season series after a 4-0 win in Newark back on Dec. 31. The only time he has won consecutive starts was a three-game winning streak from Feb. 15-21. He remains nothing more than a low-end No. 2 fantasy backstop in deeper pools at the moment.--Daniel Dobish
