3 years agoHouston Astros pitcher Cristian Javier will start Saturday's game against the Washington Nationals. He came out of the bullpen in his previous outing against the Detroit Tigers. This season, the 25-year-old has been lights out, posting a 2-0 record with an 0.83 ERA, 0.78 WHIP, and 25 strikeouts across 21 2/3 innings while working as a starter/multi-reliever.
