4 years agoThe Chicago Cubs have agreed to terms with rookie relief pitcher Burl Carraway on Thursday. Carraway was picked in the second round by the Cubs and is widely considered to be the best relief pitcher in the draft. Many expect Carraway to climb quickly through the minors and be with the Cubs in the near future. In addition to signing Carraway, the Cubs also came to terms with pitchers Luke Little and Koen Moreno. The Cubs have moved quickly to sign their draft class and have now locked up four of their five picks. Carraway is a name for dynasty owners to file away, as he could eventually be the heir apparent to Cubs closer Craig Kimbrel.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
