3 years agoSan Francisco Giants catcher Curt Casali scored his team's only run in Tuesday's 3-1 loss to the Diamondbacks, going 1-for-2 with a solo home run and a walk. Casali clobbered a fifth-inning Madison Bumgarner fastball into the left-field seats for his fifth HR of the season. The veteran backup has performed pretty much as expected this season, slashing .221/.329/.404 with 21 RBI in 158 plate appearances. Unfortunately, this does not present much fantasy value, even in deep two-catcher leagues.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
