6 years agoCarolina Hurricanes goaltender Curtis McElhinney recorded his second win of the year on Tuesday against Vancouver, improving to a perfect 2-0-0 record for the season. He had 22 saves in a 5-3 win, finishing with a .880 save percentage. McElhinney's efficiency wasn't all that great, but it has to be noted that two of Vancouver's goals came on the power play. Petr Mrazek might return to the net for the next game, but with the team having a back-to-back set at the weekend against Minnesota and Winnipeg, McElhinney should be guaranteed of another start this week.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
