7 years agoCarolina Panthers wide receiver Curtis Samuel (ankle) passed his physical Wednesday and was removed from the Physically Unable to Perform list. Samuel played in just nine games his rookie season due to his ankle injury and had 15 catches for 115 yards. He should compete for a starting job in the slot, but fantasy owners will want to see him prove his health first. He might be worth a late-round flier in deeper leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
