Curtis Samuel Poised For A Good Season
2 years agoWashington Commanders wide receiver Curtis Samuel practiced extensively over the final two to three weeks of training camp and looks poised for a good season after an injury-ravaged 2021. Samuel played in only five games in his first year in Washington and caught six of nine targets for 27 yards. He was able to haul in a career-high 77 passes for 851 yards and three touchdowns in 15 games in his final season with the Carolina Panthers in 2020, and Samuel should have a bounce-back year in 2022 if he can just stay healthy. Fantasy managers in standard-sized leagues will want to see Samuel prove it first, though, before they consider adding him off the waiver wire.
