5 years agoCarolina Panthers wide receiver Curtis Samuel was effective last week against the Arizona Cardinals, even with Kyle Allen playing quarterback in place of the injured Cam Newton (foot). In Week 3, Samuel hauled in five of his seven targets for 53 yards and a touchdown. Samuel should have similar success against Houston Texans cornerback Johnathan Joseph, who has allowed a 69% catch rate while surrendering 78 receiving yards per game through the first three weeks of the season.--Mike Riggall - RotoBaller
