5 years agoCarolina Panthers wide receiver Curtis Samuel finished with just three receptions for 32 yards during the Week 1 loss to the Rams. Despite entering the season with high expectations, the 23-year-old was targeted only four times while No. 1 wideout D.J. Moore finished strong, racking up 76 yards on seven receptions (10 targets). Samuel will have a bust-out performance at some point as he is too talented to not produce, with his next chance to pick things up coming when the Panthers host the Bucs on Thursday night.
