3 years agoWashington Football Team wide receiver Curtis Samuel (groin) could have an increased role in his second game back after being limited last week in his first game action since Week 5. Samuel was given two touches in his return, which turned into one catch for nine yards, and a rushing attempt that gained four yards. The former Carolina Panther said he's able to "run fast, able to cut and play without thinking of the injury," so he could be in line for a significant role moving forward. We saw DeAndre Carter find the end zone in three straight games from Week 8 to Week 11, so there is clearly some upside for Samuel in the Washington offense. It may be hard to trust him in lineups this week, but he is someone worth monitoring because of his dynamic skill set. He is listed as questionable to play on Sunday, but as of now, it looks like the speedster will be active on Sunday. The 25-year-old is a dart throw in Week 13.--Tommy Adamopoulos - RotoBaller
