6 years agoThe Baltimore Ravens recently picked up cornerback/return specialist Cyrus Jones off of waivers from the New England Patriots. This is the second stint with the Ravens for the Baltimore native this season. Jones is expected to take over the Ravens punt return duties from Tim White, who was released to make room for the 2016 second-round draft pick. He also could return kickoffs. The former Alabama star recorded one tackle and returned five punts for 45 yards in two games for the Patriots this season. While Jones is expected to make most of his contributions on special teams, he also provides depth in the team's defensive backfield.--Daniel Benjamin
