Chark faces a tough Week 3 test against the Tennessee Titans, but his rapport with quarterback Gardner Minshew and his ability to be used as a deep threat make him the Jacksonville wide receiver with the highest upside. He's also got a low floor, and that volatility is likely to be true as long as Minshew remains the team's starting quarterback. In a deeper league, you should start Chark if you need that upside, though it's admittedly tougher to start an upside guy on Thursday night when you haven't yet seen how the rest of your lineup is going to work out.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
