D.J. Chark Jr. A Volatile Week 1 Play
3 years agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver D.J. Chark Jr. has an excellent Week 1 matchup against the Houston Texans. Houston allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing wideouts last season, and they just traded by far their best cornerback, Bradley Roby, to the Saints on Wednesday. While the matchup is ideal, Chark's role is uncertain at this point in time after he missed most of training camp due to finger surgery. Chark is still the team's top big-play threat, but he could also be third in the pecking order for targets behind Laviska Shenault Jr. and Marvin Jones Jr. Overall, Chark sets up as a boom/bust WR4 in Week 1, and he deserves consideration as a low-owned GPP option in DFS tournaments due to his ceiling.
