D.K. Metcalf Held In Check In Week 6

3 years agoSeattle Seahawks wideout D.K. Metcalf was tied for the team lead in targets, but he was mostly held in check during the team's Week 6 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Metcalf caught six of his seven targets for 58 yards in the loss, with a long of just 14 yards. Metcalf has now gone for at least 50 yards in every single game, and he's caught a touchdown in four out of six games. This was his first game this season where he failed to catch a ball for at least 15 yards, so it's clear that Metcalf will be less of an explosive option with quarterback Geno Smith under center.
