Dak Prescott Participates In 11-on-11 Drills
3 years agoDallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott (shoulder) took some snaps in 11-on-11 drills according to team reporter Calvin Watkins. Prescott completed 11-of-12 passes while connecting on a few 20-yard passes and one 30-yard pass. He was able to roll in the pocket and make some tough throws on the run, so this could be a sign he will be good to go for Week 1 after his gruesome ankle injury last year, and the shoulder injury he has been dealing with during training camp. There have been reports from Adam Schefter that the 28-year-old could struggle all season with these injuries, but as of now, it seems it shouldn't be something that limits him too much. The Cowboys will once again have one of the best wide receiver groups in the NFL for their franchise quarterback to throw to, as he could potentially support all three of Amari Cooper, CeeDee Lamb, and Michael Gallup in fantasy. With a healthy offensive line back at his disposal, Prescott remains a solid QB1 option in what should be a high-volume passing attack in Dallas.
