4 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert is OK after being sucker punched in a South Dakota restaurant. Goedert was taken to the hospital after the incident, but has since returned home and will be fine, according to a league source. Goedert finished ninth among tight ends with 58 receptions last season and was 10th at the position with 607 yards. The Eagles played two tight-end formations a league-leading 52 percent of the time last season. While that number will certainly come down with their receivers healthy, Goedert has proven to be too talented to just be a backup for Zach Ertz.
