6 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert has not done much through the first two weeks of the season. The big 2018 second-round draft choice did not even garner a look from quarterback Nick Foles in the 17 plays he was on the field against the Buccaneers in Week 2. Overall, he has only been on the field for 34 offensive snaps (22.5 percent) through the first two weeks, hauling in one of three targets for four yards. However, offensive coordinator Mike Groh seems intent on figuring out how to use him more. "We have a talented player in Dallas, and we need to find more ways to get him involved. We need to get him involved more...We're going to continue to try to monitor that and make sure that he is going to help us win games here." Goedert, expected to team with Zach Ertz to give the Eagles an electric 1-2 punch at tight end, may become more involved in the offense later in the year. Until that occurs, fantasy owners can ignore him.--Daniel Benjamin
