6 years agoHouston Astros starter Dallas Keuchel pitched seven innings, allowing three runs and picked up the win Wednesday against the Mariners. Keuchel (9-9) struck out only two hitters but pitched effectively deep into the game and now is 6-1 over his last nine starts. The left-hander has bounced back from a tough start to his season to be an effective, reliable starter in a rotation that is one of the best in baseball. After posting a 1.65 ERA in the month of July, Keuchel's quality start Wednesday is a good start to the month of August.--Joey C - RotoBaller
