3 years agoMinnesota Vikings running back Dalvin Cook is not expected to see a ton of game action in the team's second preseason game Saturday. Head coach Mike Zimmer has told reporters that quarterback Kirk Cousins will get some much-needed reps but the coaching staff would be wise to keep their best offensive player in bubble wrap until Week 1. Cook should be one of the first players taken off of fantasy draft boards this year and, by season's end, could be the number-one fantasy player in 2021.--Joey C - RotoBaller
