5 years agoHouston Texans running back Damarea Crockett rushed for 24 yards and a touchdown on six carries in Thursday's preseason loss to the Green Bay Packers. Crockett was the second running back in this one, but Houston was without starting rusher Lamar Miller and newly-acquired backup Duke Johnson. Crockett's ability near the goal-line should help him earn the role of the team's third back and an early-down substitute when Miller needs to rest, but it's still too early for that "should" to be anything more than conditional. Crockett's re-draft value is going to be tied up with Miller's health, but he's becoming a very enticing dynasty option.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
