Damien Harris Ruled Inactive For Monday’s Contest
4 years agoNew England Patriots running back Damien Harris (ankle) has been ruled out for Monday's game against Buffalo. Harris' status was up in the air for much of the week, so season-long fantasy managers that rolled the dice on his availability will need to turn to their contingency plan. Sony Michel can be expected to lead the Patriots' backfield again, with James White available as a pass-catching back. Harris has broken out as New England's lead back when healthy, having racked up double-digit carries in each of his last eight games. Even with the Patriots eliminated from playoff contention, the fact that Harris' status came down to right before kickoff likely bodes favorably for a potential Week 17 return against the Jets.
