Dan Arnold Drawing Hype As Fantasy Sleeper
3 years agoCarolina Panthers tight end Dan Arnold represents an intriguing sleeper option in fantasy football leagues, according to Joseph Person of The Athletic. Arnold inked a deal with the Panthers this offseason after splitting parts of three seasons with the Saints and Cardinals. Through 16 games in Arizona last season, the Wisconsin-Platteville product caught 31 passes for 438 yards and four touchdowns. Now, he's expected to open 2021 as the Panthers' clear alpha at tight end. While this offense has a lot of mouths to feed, they will also be playing from behind a lot. Sam Darnold isn't afraid to utilize his tight ends, meaning Arnold could see significant volume this year. He's worth monitoring in all leagues and could be drafted in some deeper redraft formats as a low-end TE2.
