D'Andre Swift Not Expected To Play Friday
3 years agoDetroit Lions running back D'Andre Swift (groin) is not expected to play in the teams first preseason game on Friday. Swift has been limited or unable to practice over the last week due to the injury and will be held out of action as the preseason prepares to get underway. This is the second training camp in a row where the talented runner has dealt with a myriad of injuries. Swift came out of the gate in his rookie season slowly but finished last year strong, posting 272 all-purpose yards with four touchdowns over his final four games. Swift's health will be paramount to maintaining his RB2 fantasy value this season.
