3 years agoDetroit Lions running back D'Andre Swift (groin) is not expected to suit up for the team's second preseason game against the Steelers. Swift has been in and out of practice for weeks now and head coach Dan Campbell has intimated that several starters with sit this game out. The second-year back began the week performing sprints on the sidelines but has been in street clothes the past two days of practice. Swift has the talent to make a huge jump this season and the Lions are set up to have a very run-heavy offense.
