Daniel Jones A Risky Start Versus Eagles
4 years agoNew York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones hasn't taken the next step in his sophomore season but played well last week and will look to carry that momentum into a divisional showdown with Philadelphia. Jones played his first turnover-free game last week in a win at Washington - though he did fumble twice - and threw for 212 yards making it back-to-back games with 200-plus yards for the first time since Weeks 1 and 2. The Eagles aren't an overly daunting matchup as they rank 19th in fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks, but they did sack Jones three times in their first meeting and had pressure on the New York signal caller all game. Start Jones in two-quarterback leagues as a low-end QB2, but managers in one-quarterback leagues should be able to find a QB with more upside.
