5 years agoNew York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones proved to be human in Sunday’s win over the Redskins. The rookie completed 23 of 31 passes for 225 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions. Jones added 33 yards on the ground, but this was a disappointing showing against a poor Redskins Defense. It’s a good reminder that, while Jones is certainly an upgrade on Eli Manning, he’s still a rookie who will experience his fair share of ups and downs. He will not be startable the next two weeks against the Vikings and Patriots and is likely not a starting quarterback in one quarterback leagues yet.--Eric Samulski - RotoBaller
